Advantage Pricing

• Supplier partners will be selected based on their ability to achieve
pricing levels below competitive pricing.
• Zero price increases.


Quality/Reliability

• The supplier must take full responsibility for the quality of their products
and services.
• Supplier partners shall provide warranties that demonstrate a commitment to quality.
• Supplier partners will be expected to provide proof of corrective action
on all returned or non-conforming products.
• The supplier, through the use of process control methods and techniques,
will provide products and services that Plymouth Products may not be
required to verify.
• Each supplier must complete a self survey or provide proof of ISO/QS
certifications in order to validate an effective quality system.
• Supplier partners must strive for continuous improvement.


Confidentiality

• Statement of confidentiality to be signed by supplier partners where applicable.


Delivery Policy

• A delivery window of 5 days early and 0 days late to committed date will be
considered on time.
• 95% on-time delivery is minimum requirement.


Service

• Provide responsive value added support focused on the customer.


Shared Cost Reduction

• Share cost savings for supplier partner generated cost reduction ideas.

Value Analysis

• Cost improvement of existing components and materials.


Value Engineering

• Involvement in the design process prior to design release.


Lead Time Reduction

• The ability to systematically reduce cycle times and to provide materials
to the customer as close to consumption date as possible.
• Supplier managed inventory/supplier stocked inventory programs in place.
